Damn has it been a month already?

It’s crazy how fast time flies when you’re in a routine whether that be fun, play, suffering, etc. I think that’s always been the reason I love hopping around every few months. It’s a good way to test yourself when things are going well, and a way to reset when things aren’t.

After Thailand I was 90kg (damn near 200lbs 😳) - thanks to drinking heavily everyday while sailing ⛵️😆 and the amazing Thai food 🤤.

Unfortunately, the waves were pretty shit this month so I couldn’t just surf away the pounds and had to go on many beach walks with the dog and limit the nasi goreng’s.

Other than that, I took a trip down to Ulu’s to meet up with some old friends juuuust as the surf season kicked off…

And took another trip up to Kinta to feel the chill and enjoy the views :)
