East vs West

May was the ultimate split between my two worlds: Southeast Asia and the East Coast USA.

Singapore

Before boarding the longest flight in the world, I carved out a couple days to visit my homie in Singapore. Making excuses to stop and see friends is one of life’s greatest flexes.

Disney + Cruise

From Singapore it was a quick layover in NJ before flying down to the happiest place on earth 🐭. Another perfect excuse to swing by Disney Springs to see my cousins and meet up with my niece and nephew — good vibes 🇺🇸.

Then came the big kahuna: a 7-day Disney cruise around the Caribbean to celebrate my parents’ 50th anniversary. I hadn’t been on a cruise in at least 15 years… and damn, that life is good 😂. Bonus: I ran into at least a dozen Balinese crew members on the ship. Small world 🙏

New Jersey

After the cruise, I headed back to NJ for a quick weekend with the high school crew. Feeling incredibly blessed to come from such a great hometown with friends who’ve been around for decades.

Bali / Lembongan

Then it was back to Bali… and my brand new house! It’s been such a dream — minutes from the surf, quiet location with great views, amazing neighbors, and plenty of room for friends and family to visit.

I was only home for about a week before hopping over to Nusa Lembongan to see my friend Vic and her newly created human. Life moves fast.
